İnstructions:
Flower:
1-Make a magic circle.
2-Ch 2, 2 dc in circle, ch 2, sl st in first dc.
3-(3 dc) Ch 2, 3 dc in circle, ch 2, sl st in second dc.
4-(4dc) Repeat step 3 until you have a 12 dc circle.
5-Ch 2, sl st in first DC. Ch 2, 2 hdc in next dc, ch 2, sl st in next dc.
6-(12hc) Repeat step 6 until you get a circle with 24 hdcs.
7-Ch 2, sl st in first hdc. Ch 2, 2 dc in next hdc, ch 2, sl st in next hdc.
8-(24 correct) Repeat step 9 until you have a 48 dc circle.
9-Pin the ends and braid.
Leaves:
1-Make a magic circle.
2-Zn 2, 6 single crochet in a circle.
3- Secure the ends and knit.
To assemble the floral ribbon:
1-Sew the flowers together to create a ribbon.
2-Sew the leaves to the base of the flowers.
To finish:
1-Sew the ends of the strip together to form a loop.
2-Tie a ribbon or cord around the loop to create a hanging flower ribbon.
Tips:
1-Use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round.
2-Be sure to tighten your stitches to create a sturdy flower.
3-If you want to make a longer flower strip, repeat steps 1-11 until you reach the desired length.
4-Repeat the steps.
5-You can also use threads of different colors to create a more colorful floral ribbon.
