3-We pull 2 chains and return.
4-Single crochet in the first and double crochet through each crochet stitch. (5dc)
5-Pin and leave a long tail for sewing.
Assembly:
1-Fold the shell in half lengthwise and sew the sides together.
2-Sew the pearl to the center of the inside of the shell.
3-Leave a small opening at the bottom of the shell and fill it tightly
4-Sew the opening closed.
Your crocheted oyster is now complete! You can make them in different sizes and colors to create a whole family of oysters.
Here are some additional tips for crocheting an oyster:
1-To make the oyster look more realistic, you can use different shades of gray thread for the shell.
